[Discussion] 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS |
Jun 29, 2014 If I want to put PPSSPP in fullscreen on my secondary monitor, I have to move the PPSSPP window on my secondary monitor and then expand it to fit the screen before pressing F11, otherwise PPSSPP will go fullscreen on my main monitor. That's intended behaviour, iirc. About the vsync problem, I can't reproduce it with 2nd G or MHP 3rd HD.
- Normally 333mhz is barely enough to keep 20/30fps, if you set to around 666mhz it will result in a more steady 60fps. Of course you will need a fast computer to double the PPSSPP CPU clock, not indicated to android users. Gran Turismo uses a similar limiter, but it don't need more than 333mhz to mantain 60fps.' You should give it a try.

- The patch is still very incomplete, but the majority of the game should be beatable with the patch. There are some problems, but the game's fairly playable if you overlook the balancing changes (projectiles, charge-ups, and King) and cast a spell whenever you notice 150% speed animations.

Right in the initial sequence, when the three characters walk towards some city gate, the camera gets all wonky. Am I doing something wrong? I don't think you're doing anything wrong, though I didn't have the same problem when I was testing (I'll try to replicate your problem soonish just to check it out). Anyone know know to run God Eater Burst at 60fps? Hello, guys, I am a noob trying psp emulation. My first game to try to play is God Eater Burst, however I am tired of 30fps. Does anyone know how to force a glorious 60fps on God Eater Burst? I am running Japanese Version. |

Hello and nope, take it or run for your life as far as you can since probably around 90% if not more of psp games runs at glorious 30fps. http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=6594 - Custom PPSSPP Shaders!Some even at glorious 20 or glorious 15 fps. Also if you decrease emulated cpu frequency it might even run at glorious 2fps, glorious 60fps is somewhat rare because of putting_the_word_glorious_before_random_technical_terms reasons(and a bit of ocd;p). Eventually learn assembly and research how the game works, then change it, as that's totally possible. All games on all platforms that allow you to modify their code(which means all hacked consoles, mobiles and pc on which it's the easiest) can be patched to whatever fps you want even if 99% of people will cry around that it's impossible, just need time and the amount of it will differ between games from few seconds in easy ones to long hours or even days of work. Because of this, the cheat has 2 versions: - 'PPSSPP only' version: If you are going to play the game with an emulator, you must use this one to have a totally stable framerate. There are no graphical glitches with this version. - 'PSP/Vita only' version: If you are going to play the game on real hardware and NOT with an emulator, you must use this one to avoid slowdowns to a fixed 30FPS that you would get using the emulator-only cheat. I'm not really sure what you mean by static, but if the meaning is a big global array instead of dynamically allocated views, that's most likely not happening. Would have to redo many parts of PPSSPP and it would get a lot slower. Just turn off fast memory to stop it from crashing? -[Unknown] |

The game runs smooth in 60 fps but the hit box seems to be broken. I was trying to kill some anteka, then noticed some attack missed when the weapon clearly hit the enemy. Everything is back to normal when I disabled the cheat. Anybody having this problem? |
